Recently, GEIT received the official bid-winning notice for the Smart Counter Procurement Project fromGuangxi Beibu Gulf Bank Co., Ltd. (Beibu Gulf Bank) and has been successfully selected as the supplier.
GEIT Cash-enabled Smart Counter supports customized modular configurations tailored to customer requirements to meet diverse business scenarios.Integrating cutting-edge financial self-service equipment technology with traditional high- and low-counter services, the solution provides bothcash and non-cash transaction capabilities and covers more than90% of over-the-counter banking services.
Affected by labor costs and operational efficiency demands, banking outlets are accelerating intelligent transformation.A key advantage of GEIT’s Cash-enabled Smart Counter is enablingself-service processing of large-value cash deposits and withdrawals. The system replaces tellers in banknote verification, counting and sorting, enhancing cash security while significantly improving service efficiency and user experience. It effectively eases congestion and queuing during peak hours, reduces per-transaction and overall operating costs, and minimizes processing errors.
By shifting routine transactions to self-service, the solution frees branch staff from repetitive counter work to focus oncustomer engagement, financial planning, wealth management and product promotion. This strengthens customer loyalty and marketing capabilities, helping banks build new core competitive advantages amid transformation, achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and maximize operational value.
