Good News! GEIT Smart Teller Machine (STM) Shortlisted for Huishang Bank 2017 Smart SelfService Terminal Procurement and Maintenance Project

GEIT has recently been notified that its independently developed and designed Smart Teller Machine (STM) has been shortlisted for Huishang Bank’s 2017 Smart Self-Service Terminal Equipment Procurement and Maintenance Project.A number of manufacturers participated in the bidding for this procurement and maintenance project. After comprehensive evaluation by Huishang Bank, GEIT stood out from the competitors and successfully secured a place on the shortlist.

Through the integration of hardware and software systems, rational layout and allocation of smart service equipment, counters and customer managers, as well as effective optimization of business processes, GEIT STM adopts a “human-machine integrated” assisted service model with one teller serving multiple customers.It transforms the traditional counter-based service model into customer self-service or semi-self-service, achieving business diversion from manual counters, reducing the number of manual teller stations, and improving the service and marketing capabilities of bank branches.
