GEIT Queuing Management System Shortlisted in China Post Group’s 2017 Centralized Procurement of Self-Service Filing Machines and Other Banking Terminals

GEIT’s queuing and calling system has been successfully selected in China Post Group’s 2017 centralized procurement project covering self-service filing machines and other banking terminal devices.

Developed based on 10 years of experience in financial self-service terminal R&D, the GEIT NB2015A queuing management system consists of ticket dispensers, window displays, integrated information screens, teller call pads, customer evaluation units, voice broadcast systems, lobby manager pagers and supporting software.

Adopting a fully wireless networking structure, the system ensures fast, efficient and stable data transmission. Using advanced technologies and manufacturing processes, it efficiently handles high-volume repetitive tasks, effectively reducing customer waiting time and improving teller service efficiency.

The system supports ticket issuance categorized by customer type and business type. Based on branch conditions, it enables zone-based and counter-based calling, while maintaining real-time communication between counter workstations and lobby managers.

Equipped with an 18.5-inch high-resolution touch screen, the ticket dispenser supports ticket issuance via ID cards, contact and contactless IC cards, with multilingual voice prompts. The interface features a postal-themed design and can be expanded to support additional services including personal banking, VIP services, insurance and wealth management, and foreign exchange business. It also enables online booking, SMS booking and WeChat booking functions.
