GEIT Secures Bid for Hainan Rural Credit Union's STM Intelligent Counter Qualification Procurement Project

Recently, GEIT formally received the bid-winning notification for the STM Intelligent Counter Qualification Procurement Project from Hainan Rural Credit Union (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Rural Credit"), successfully securing the bid for this key project.

In active response to the national financial security requirements, GEIT—an integrated solution provider with outstanding products and strong brand influence in both financial information innovation (Xinchuang) and non-Xinchuang sectors—has tailored a series of products to meet Hainan Rural Credit's forward-looking development needs. The product portfolio includes STM Intelligent Counter (Standard Version), STM Intelligent Counter (Xinchuang Version), Receipt Attachment Cabinet, and Bill Attachment Cabinet.

Established in August 2007 with the approval of the Hainan Provincial Government, Hainan Rural Credit Union is a local financial institution with independent corporate qualifications. Affiliated to and supervised by the Provincial Government, it undertakes the functions of managing, guiding, coordinating, and serving rural credit cooperatives across all cities and counties in Hainan Province.

Since its founding, under the strong leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and Government, the Hainan Rural Credit system has adhered to the business philosophy of "Prudence, Innovation, Integrity, and Win-Win Cooperation." As of the end of 2019, the system comprises 19 rural credit cooperatives across cities and counties (including 8 rural commercial banks and 11 rural credit unions) with 472 physical outlets. Its total deposits reached RMB 206.368 billion, while total loans stood at RMB 127.021 billion. The Provincial Union has 22 first-level departments and 9 second-level departments, employing 435 staff (352 regular employees and 83 dispatched workers).
